1. What is the minimum order quantity?

We can fulfill orders starting from 1 piece. However, please note that the higher the quantity, the lower the unit price.

 

2. How much does a sample cost?

The cost of a sample depends on the chosen technique and the number of colors. A sample for pad printing, screen printing, or screen transfer in 1 color costs PLN 150.00 net / color. The cost for marking 1 piece using other techniques is also PLN 150.00 net.

 

3. Which marking technique guarantees durability after dishwasher cleaning?

The only technique that guarantees 100% durability after dishwasher cleaning is engraving. For all other techniques, durability is guaranteed only with hand washing.

 

4. What is the order lead time?

The lead time depends on machine availability and is typically 5–7 working days from the day the goods are received and payment is credited.

 

5. Are there any discounts for advertising agencies?

Prices for advertising agencies are determined individually, depending on the length of cooperation, order volume, chosen technique, etc.

 

6. What are the conditions for deferred payment?

Government institutions receive deferred payment regardless of the order. Companies may be eligible for deferred payment after at least 3 transactions and prior agreement.

 

7. On which products can marking be done?

Marking is possible on almost all products, except for silicone surfaces. To determine the appropriate marking technique, we usually only need a photo of the product and information about its material. For a sample print, 1 item is sufficient.

 

8. Is there a digital price list available?

No, but you will find a calculator for each technique on our website, which allows you to get an approximate price.

 

9. Can I order just the screens for screen printing?

Unfortunately, we do not offer this service at the moment.

 

10. What is the difference between pad printing and screen printing, and between screen transfer and digital transfer?

Pad printing differs from screen printing in the way the graphic is applied and in the size of the marking area. Screen printing allows for larger surface marking. Screen transfer has limitations with tonal transitions, unlike digital transfer, which allows unlimited colors and gradients.
