Digital transfer is a proting technique consisting of few separate processes. First one is printing the transfers on special paper using solvent printer. Next step is sutting the prints to a specific format usinf a cutting plotter. The last process is transfering the imprint to the desired material usng heatpress with high temperature. The procedure is well known from home method of making t-shirts using regular printer and iron.
This technique is basicly used for fabrics and imprints look great on t-shirts, for example for sponsored events where sponsors logos, their versatility in number and colors requires high precision and color mapping. Using digital transfer technique also allows to put logos on shopping bags and other products made from fabric where big, fullcolor imprint is reuired.
